Food is also important for us especially if you really are trying your best to lose weight, and also an essential way to gain weight, all you just have to do, i s a little bit of awareness, and a big share of discipline, salads are good food for the ones who wants to gain or lose weight all we just have to do is to decide on what kind of food to eat.

Man is a hunter by nature and he need meat.
